The safest way to deal with North Korea would be to debunk his demi-god status and demonstrate that the Worker’s Party does not benefit the people of North Korea. To do that we would have to establish communications with the implication that rapprochement between the two countries could be reached while simultaneously revealing all the deficiencies in the dynasty and the Party, giving internal factions realistic leverage to make change. China would love to find a way to eliminate Kim and replace him with a more agreeable, less aggressive leader.
