And I worried about Quayle, Cheney and Pence. For a variety of reasons. I don’t have enough info to go on to make any prediction about how she’d perform as president (that’s true of ANYBODY who has entered the office; every president-except Trump-of the last 50 years has said this.)
Reality or “excuse”? I can not speak to his “wanderings”, not sure of their relevance especially as I acknowledged his old age. You did not speak to my comments on his functioning as president, choosing to focus on minutiae. Why might that be?
Biden has been prone to these types of errors for decades. He has well documented speech problems. His old age no doubt amplifies them. Trump has many similar goofs, but appears strong and virile to some and is mostly given a pass, even in the press. So, for me, the question should be, how does each function as president? Many of Trump’s former advisors and cabinet members are actively campaigning against his return to the White House. How many of Biden’s are doing the same?
Yet, the GOP allowed programs from the pandemic that helped alleviate child poverty to lapse. What is their current plan to end poverty? More trickle down economics?
I do think that this may be an issue during the Democrat’s convention. The problem is that if so many are so upset with Biden and his policy it could result in electing Trump. How does that help the Palestinians? Or the environment? Or women’s rights? Or healthcare? And on and on…
More Taco Be…never mind.
