I’ve never had a problem with Superstore. The store is well laid out. And usually there are a dozen or so registers open. If you’re shopping brick and mortar, there’s not much to do to improve it. Except maybe lower the prices……
Aypo’s rare moment of nobility in the very last installment of this strip (which ran some years later) still doesn’t make up for that which she not so surprisingly realizes in the final panel here.
As one who has been around long enough to have known a few people who were born in the 19th century, it’s a bit disconcerting to realize that they’re all gone now. As such, cartoon character or not, I’m all for keeping Walt around for as long as possible.
So let’s see how good Walt is with a slingshot and five stones!
