I think most people have many interests, not just one passion. People who can talk about many topics are much more interesting that people who can only talk about one topic.
People on the autism spectrum often have a passion. They don’t have the interest or ability to talk to other people about normal things. And they are boring to be around unless you share that same interest.
Bets and Tiffany have no idea what they are doing. They should ask very specific questions, not open ended ones that leave to vague answers. Something like “which do you like better, cleaning up litter at the beach OR spending the afternoon at the library?” Playing chess or roller skating?
I doubt that most people of any age would know what their Current Brand Identity is. They may think of themselves in a certain way, but that is probably not how other people perceive them.
