    Even the lowest of MAGARATS think they are VP potential. All you have to do is be a deadbeat, deliberately bankrupt some casinos, or leave an environmental $10M bill for the taxpayers to clean up your failed gas station business. It helps if you only lose the investors money, then you can be called a successful businessman.
