I recognize that look (and the pennant) – I’ve had it many, MANY times…

You’re wrong about that (the history of politics line). Although politics has always been a dirty business (you don’t have to look any further than Adams vs Jefferson) I can’t recall any presidential candidate inciting a rebellion to sooth his fragile little ego, vilifying more than half the country on a daily basis, accusing Democrats of hating America and God, wanting to abort babies even after birth, suggesting (promoting) more violence if he doesn’t win, etc. etc. Mudslinging is one thing but none of this should never be considered acceptable, much less “usual” or “normal.” And although every politician in history spins the facts to suit their purposes, has there ever been a candidate who simply lies the way tRump does? Whether it’s at one of his rallies or in front of a courthouse he simply spews BS along with his word salads. He doesn’t even pretend to tell the truth (or even find out what the truth might be). The idea that day an abomination like tRump might ever be considered “usual” or normal is truly frightening.

If you think tRump represents ANYTHING “as usual” then you have not been paying attention. That a$$hole represents the biggest threat our country has ever faced, and he’s supported by far too many politicians who want nothing more than to stay in power. This maggot stain MUST be removed and the only way to do that is to VOTE BLUE!

OK. I’ll admit I’m no country boy, so my yardstick is definitely going to be different. I’ll also admit to hating this woman intensely, which doesn’t help matters…

Surely there were other options, from trying to find another home for the dog (where they actually tried to train her), to having her put down by a vet. Noem’s choice seems unnecessarily heartless.
