   Most world leaders, if not dictators, do respect him, as do the citizens. Countries celebrated with fireworks and parties when Biden won the election. The comments I see from people who opposed him are usually from the poorly educated MAGAts, those who don’t understand treaties and laws, and those who stand on a hollow soapboxes.

   Even if the money didn’t go overseas, it still wouldn’t go to the American public. That money comes out of defense funds and is not earmarked for us.
