I agree 110%. Thieving used to be a crime. Now a crooked City Council just has to say it’s OK, and it’s open season on tax payers. I come from , and thank the Lord in outta there, the most corrupt small city on the west coast. I was forced to pay $40 a month for a street light half a block down the street that I didn’t want. Street repairs that never happened. The Mayor owned the well that supplied the city water. He owned the construction company that maintained and built everything in the city. I could go on and on, but I’ll put a cork in it.
The swine should be bullwhipped and run out of town. On a rail with tar and feathers. The only way these thieves can get away with this is to grease the palms of their partners at City Hall who allow this. Money makes many “friends.”
Not meaning to be harsh, I’m sure Chuck’s a very lovable bad artist.
