No the business was started before Tracy was married so the best for ole gord would be a prenup. Its his business. Every prenup should have a no alimony clause. Its the 21st century boys and women have good if not great jobs. If it was purchased together then it should not be split together. I know too many women that divorce for the alimony, live with some one else that takes care of them and the alimony is just invested. As Eddie Murphy said in RAW.. I WANT HALF EDDIE!!!!
