Point 1: 74% of Americans have a negative opinion of Newt Gingrich. But he has never ever formed a band. Point 2: He wants to eliminate the capital gains tax- but he's too unpopular to make it happen. (Man: And I pledge to oppose Newt, especially when I agree with him!)
