Baby Blues by Rick Kirkman and Jerry Scott for December 12, 1995
People talk about how hard it is to raise kids these days, but I don't think it's any tougher now than it ever was. It seems to me that involvement and consistency are the keys. Parents who stay involved and are consistent with discipline are likely to have happy, well-adjusted kids who stay out of gangs and away from drugs. At least it's working for us. Of course, it helps that they're both under three years old.
