Usually I dislike strips with Pickles because it’s the same joke, but that penultimate panel was legitimately surprising and for once she wasn’t terrible, so I’d give a very decent 7\10!
In terms of appearance tracking, we had a few all over the place ones. Nate hits 7 again, going from 11,466 to 11,473. Nearly at a milestone 11,500.
Peter racked up 6, as expected in an arc featuring him, going up from 98 to 104, not only passing a century of appearances, but also passing Chip Chipson and Chester to become the 29th most reoccurring character.
Then it gets a little more random. Going against the usual trend, School Picture Guy only picked up two appearances, climbing from 229 to 231, still situated at 16th.
While Francis got 1 (4,265 to 4,266) (2nd place), Pickles got 1 (92 to 93) (33rd place) and Wayne, Nate’s boss, got 1 (19 to 20), placing him in joint 58th spot with Derek Nack from the chess camp arc and Warren Fuzzy, and dropping Daisy to 61st.
