He is invoking “executive privilege” as his justification, despite the fact that he isn’t an “executive” and doesn’t have any such power. What’s more, even the President can’t invoke executive privilege to cover up the commission of crime.
And why haven’t Bannon, Meadows, Patel and Scavino been arrested yet.
