While driving on County Route 17 Utah, Boyd and Carl encounter the Fiscal Cliff.
I call it the entitlement cliff, afterall that is a more appriopriate terminology describing the problem. If the government did away with entitlements imagine how much extra cash it would have. Don’t believe me, just look up how much entitlement programs are as a portion of the budget.
