Everything we do is on our phones these days.  We clutch them desperately.  It's even more disturbing when I see children clutching them.

People are such snobs with their writing journals.  Here I am rolling into a coffee shop with my store brand spiral notebook.  Wide ruled.

I always like those fancy bound classics you can buy at the bookstore.  Those works are mostly in the public domain, so why am I spending as much or more for them than a contemporary work?  Nobody's paying royalties to anyone for them.
