I'll put them in this box and send it to his mom - and you don't have to have anything to do with it. April: Good. - Could he have this book, too?
I think deep inside, April feels sorry for Jeremy now that she knows about his absent dad and the harmonica playing. At least she can understand why he was so hateful to her - it was really hatred of his dad.
