Andy: Where have you been? Jason: I went over to Marcus' house. he's getting a cold. Andy: So you wanted to be a good friend and help him feel better? Jason: No, no, I was hoping to catch it, so I won't be able to taste that veggie-grain glop you're cooking for dinner. Andy: You know, the idea is I cook this "gloop" to keep you healthy. Jason: Woohoo! I feel a sneeze coming on!
If you work out and not sit in a chair or couch 14 hours a day, you really don’t have to watch what you eat all that much. Kids ate McDonalds and other junk food all the time 20 years ago like today but they went outside and played! Today, Mothers don’t make their kids go outside and do things. Look at your local ballfield. Bet it is empty most of the time. You used to have to wait to play. It isn’t the food people, it’s the lack of doing anything physical.
