I once bought a gas barbecue that Consumer Reports downgraded slightly because they said its assembly was too complicated. I spread the pieces out on the living room floor and spent a happy 3 hours putting it together without any problem. But then, I’m used to enjoying knitting, crocheting, embroidering, sewing, and cooking while following complicated instructions for each activity. I’m also a computer programmer, so putting complex stuff together is my hobby and my profession!
