The bed got picked up yesterday afternoon. The young man who got it was very thankful for it. We’ve had it for 12 years, I hope he gets as much use out of it. And, yay, we have our den and patio back.
While Mike was here yesterday, we had him get our Christmas tree down from the high shelf where we keep it. It’s still in 3 pieces, but on the floor. And, of course, it takes up almost all of the floor space in the “garage” room. One of these days we’ll have all of our rooms back to normal…
Today is prayer group, a bit of grocery shopping and a visit to the recycling center. I normally wouldn’t go two weeks in a row, but the cartons the new bed came in are big enough that we need to get rid of them sooner than later. I might even stop by Great Buns on the way home for a pastry or two and a loaf of the best sour dough bread in the state.
Our forecast has dropped down to 58. No more 60’s for a few days. We’re at 50 at the moment.
