Eye droppers work, but get the ones with a squeeze bulb so you can control the speed of the flow.
My daughter told me she saw a grey tabby kitten on the porch yesterday. We keep food, water, and a cathouse on the front porch and it looks like another kitten has found it. Looks to be 6-8 months old and ran when Jora moved closer to the window to get a better look. I’m betting she’s the one who dragged out the old skirt I had put in the cathouse. I’ll have to stuff it back in tomorrow.
Want. Just… Want!
The oldest girl was able to get her surgery on Thursday. All went well and she is mostly up and around again.
My father worked at a local 4 year university and employees’ dependents got free tuition. I was able to get by paying for everything else with grants until the last semester of my senior year when he was fired. I had to pay back about $2500 in student loans. Took me 10 years because I was unemployed the entire time due to family circumstances.
My daughter-in-law’s pacemaker surgery on Monday went well but they wanted to keep her under observation for a couple of days because she woke up sick to her stomach. She was going to get to go home yesterday but they found a blood clot in her leg. They have her on blood thinners now and she has to stay in the hospital through the weekend. Her mom has been in town to take care of the baby but has to leave tomorrow. So this weekend I’ll be staying at their house to take care of Lily and hope that Jess gets out on Sunday. And of course, I’m back at work having to go to meetings and get the classrooms ready for Wednesday when classes start.
