   Not that many employers give sick leave, especially if the place is non-union. If you don’t come in, you don’t get paid, & if you call out more than the boss approves of, you lose your job.

   I’m with Elly too. I can’t imagine why anyone would go to all the bother & expense of going away somewhere just to lie around. I can lie around at home much more comfortably, easily, & cheaply. If I’m going to go somewhere, I want to do something I can’t do at home.
