It amazes me that Scardol read a children’s book and amazes much more that he could own a book as you say published in 1989 when Scardol died in 1938 under a concrete avalanche intended for Tracy and another guy. Did Scardol travel in time?
Scardol was one of the verycfirst grotesques before they became one of Gould’s trademarks. He also appeared on the cover of the enlarged reprint of Complete Chester Gould’s Dick Tracy volume five . Quite an honor to an obscure thirties’ villain.
Plus they look like a malassorted pair like Croptop contented herself to take the first random blokes she bumped into. Also they don’t look very bright
