Yeah. The fact that they say “It’s price gouging because some rapacious clots are colluding” tells you just how egregious it is

Even capitalism cheerleader Forbes is finally admitting it’s price gouging https://www.forbes.com/sites/daniellenierenberg/2023/01/27/cracking-open-the-issue-of-high-egg-prices/?sh=451fed372c09

Except that prices and supplies of chickens have barely moved. So no

  4. 1 day ago on Jeff Stahler

and why are eggs so expensive? it’s not bird flu. it’s one rapacious company driving up prices just because. we need old-school antitrust prosecutions with prison time and hundreds of millions in fines

ukraine was the old soviet industrial heartland. they turn out excellent engineers and mechanics. they have also increased the total number of armored vehicles they have from captured or abandoned russian ones. but they need more and better materiel in order to sustainably drive the orcs out. when this is all over they will have the world’s largest stock of high-quality scrap metal which will be turned to feeding their peacetime industries, god willing

look, i know you’re a vatnik getting your talking points straight from russia today. you have no sources, just lies straight from the kremlin. russia is having to import tanks from north korea and has been reduced – independently verified – to getting fifty year old wrecks out of storage. meanwhile the us has barely touched its stockpile of abrams with more – that get regular maintenance unlike russia’s corrupt neglect – sitting out in the desert. no potato for you, putin-pet

No potato for you, Vatnik. Ukraine has been doing an excellent job with the cruddy old Russian/Soviet tanks they have and losing relatively few. The Leopard and Abrams are VASTLY superior, and the crews are better trained

    It’s rainin’ tanks. Hallelujah

  9. 2 days ago on Views of the World

Tanks are still very useful, especially if neither side has unchallenged air superiority

It’s not even NATO. It’s NATO’s second hand and antique store
