I should have gone bowling instead :(

Why would he bother to find investors, when he already has all of their information and can just take their money?

I’m disappointed, I always thought that Gracie had the sense to do what she wants instead of what some playground bully tells her to do.

After reading just a handful of stories about older people wandering off and never being found, I have told my kids that when they think it’s appropriate, I want them to use whatever tracking technology is available to keep me safe. I would rather be tracked than die of exposure somewhere.

Every government ever that is staffed by humans will have some percentage of greed, corruption, and incompetence.

But even so, I would prefer to retain food inspectors, building inspectors, protections against useless or harmful medications, examination and licensing for medical professionals, public libraries, public parks, and a bazillion other services that We The People have demanded that our representatives provide to us.

“blue collar worker” can mean a lot of things. What specific job is it?

Not only is the sideways orientation annoying, but gocomicsDOTcom/funky-winkerbean/2023/04/09 shows that it was originally normal and he deliberately turned it sideways just for this re-use.
