   That is so sweet to hear that said from a dad! When Henry and I wrote this strip years ago (this is a re-run) I guess we felt at the time our dads would’ve been bored hanging out with us for a day (especially mine – he’s a real Man’s Man!) but upon hearing your comment, maybe I was wrong. Thanks for sharing this.

   Hello! This is Carla from On a Claire Day. Yes, GoComics did decide to run the reruns. They start almost at the beginning – late by about one month because they wanted to be sure the strips coincided correctly with the holidays and seasons.

   Hello, again, On a Claire Day readers! The official end to the strip was Saturday, June 14. Hopefully they will be continuing the archived strips here on GoComics.    Hi, everyone, this is Carla from On a Claire Day. Yes, this is our last day of the strip. We can’t say enough what it’s meant to us to have you reading this strip every day. We’ve done it for eight years now, and with all that’s happened with the newspaper business (going away, basically!) we’ve had to bring this to an end. But, if you have a smart phone, you can view the archived strips on Comikka.com. We hope to keep the story going, but for now it’ll be the archived ones.    Actually, it does save your position from where you left off. But, you first need to login in order for you to have that ability. The way to do that is to go to the little menu in the upper right hand corner. It then gives you the option to Register for an account. You can also click on the “Help” button for more information.

   Comikka.com is best viewed from your smart phone (it’s designed specifically for phones), but, you can also view it on the web. The web site’s just been fixed so go ahead and try it again if you’d like!

    We’re not sure yet – we’re hoping it’ll go into reruns here on GoComics. We’re syndicated with another company, so not sure how it’ll be handled here on GoComics. But, if you own a smart phone, you can view it on Comikka.com (that’s the address you need to go to from your smart phone)
