   Every doctor I’ve asked hates these ads. Patients come in demanding the drug-of-the-month, with no idea what it does or if they need it. I remember the original ads for Nexium never actually said what it was FOR, just that you should ask for it.

   It was originally meant to make a poor cut of meat taste better. It’s tenderized by pounding with a mallet, then coated with seasoned breading (like for fried chicken) and fried. Often served with white gravy.
