Rosa, but never any indication he made it that far. As for Tiffany, only in the minds of those who wish it had happen. Tiffany told Crystal she never went that far. She told Crystal she was a “tease, not a sleaze”. So far, she hasn’t done anything to indicate she has, including that one night in the dorm.

With a lot posting Dr. or Nurse and would be admirable, I don’t think she has the ambition for the training it takes to be a doctor and probably not a nurse or even a PA which now requires a more extensive education than their early years, a paramedic would be more her speed. But I won’t be surprised if she decides to be a teacher. But to be a teacher in today’s environment, you really have to be dedicated and, in some schools, they should get hazardous duty pay.

Also, a cooked bone should never be given to a dog. Chicken bones will splinter and cause a problem as can turkey bones. Large raw beef bones can be acceptable for a dog as they will not splinter easily but could have other issues like bacteria. See: www . caninejournal . Com/can-dogs-eat-bones/ and www . akc . Don’t have the book. Anyway, she will probably be turning 20 this Sept. 21st. It has been 10 years since she turned 18, so our “little Luann” is growing up. (◠‿◠)

To make another point about the US. The US is composed of states. When the US was first formed, the powers of the Federal government were limited only to matters which crossed state boundaries. You could look at it as what was the goal of the European Union. In the US, at the time of the Constitution, the primary purpose was more limited to common defense of the country and limited economics such as a common currency. The “Founders” realized that things would change over time, which is why they added an amendment process and also had a three-branch government (Legislative, Executive and Judicial). The other situation they addressed was some states had a much larger population that other states, so they split the Legislative (or Congressional) branch into the “House”, where each state received a number of “Representatives” based on population and the “Senate” where each state received 2 Senators to have an equal vote on matters – this was to keep the larger populated states from dictating to the smaller states on how things should be done. Back then, 3 or 4 large states could have dictated to 10 or 9 small states on all matters if it had been based only on population. The US is not a true Democracy, but a Republic (representative democracy) as the people vote for representatives to speak for them. Even at the state level there are differences, which is why each state is allocated so many representatives based on its percent of the total population. Anyway, this is a high-level overview of why things are supposed to be in the US (but as everywhere, money talks (◠‿◠) ).

What was wrong with it? If she was breathing, her heart would still be beating, so if she isn’t breathing or gasping and non-responsive, checking to see if she had a pulse would verify the heart was still beating. Telling one person to call 911 will keep the service from being inundated with multiple calls for the same emergency.

I have no issue with Luann telling people to stay calm (even though some are going to be in panic mode) nor assumed it was a stroke. So from that point, Astahl didn’t need to say those two things.

Vale was going to start doing chest compressions without knowing if it was a heart attack and could end up doing damage. He also could be doing the compressions too hard on an elderly person whose bone structure isn’t the same as a much younger person.
