   Have you never heard of forcible rape, or are you like some of those in some of the Southern states, who believe that if it’s a relative, it’s not illegal?

   That means if Daddy, the uncles and the older brother(s) want to have s e x with their daughters/nieces/sisters, then that’s OK, because it’s family!

   And if the girl/young woman gets pregnant, why it’s all her fault! She should have chosen not to!

   Right. So all of those young girls——some only 10 or 12 years old—-who are victims of incest can “choose” not to get pregnant. All women who are victims of rape can “choose” not to get pregnant.

   I most emphatically DO NOT LIKE the idiots in my neighborhood who set off fireworks! They scare Morgana, my poor little female cat something awful. She hides and cries the whole time. I shut all the windows, turn on the AC and turn up the volume on the TV trying to drown them out somewhat, but it doesn’t help much. They’re so LOUD they sound like someone is standing on the sidewalk right in front of my house setting them off. (No one is, I looked.)

   And it’s just NOISE!!! It’s not like people are shooting them into the air where they burst into pretty colors. That’s something, at least. But NO! This is just NOISE! It’s like they’re making noise just to make noise. Just an excuse to be obnoxious and annoying, I guess. And I wish they had a cutoff time, but apparently they don’t. And unfortunately, it will continue for at least the next two nights. I wish these drunken jerks would lose some of their fingers. THAT might discourage them!
