   It’s referred to “leash law”but it says you must have CONTROL of the dog. Not just have a leash on the animal.

   When my husband was alive- even if I did ask in triplicate, he wouldn’t get it. I stead he’d get things I’d never use. He finally did one year and I figured he did figure it out.Then he passed away. But I did get things that last yea that I treasure.

   I never really used glass ornaments. went for the ones the represented things I liked or meant something to me. My cats never paid any real attention to the tree. It was plastic plastic & the ornaments not really fun.
