Pony: How does one actually gauge intelligence in an animal? Serious question.

  2. 1 day ago on B.C.

Pony: You are correct. However despite that, I am talking about how we put corn and grain into our livestock which is not their normal diet, which then makes them much more flatulent. So we give them large amounts of medications to help control this. And the methane released from said flatus is quite significant and is a considerable contributor to greenhouse gasses.

Let the animals eat what they are supposed to eat.

Sadly, things have not changed a whole lot since The Jungle.

Instead they want us to eat more heavily processed foods made primarily from soy. Loaded with salts, preservatives, and nastiness.

That being said, the modern commercial animal slaughtering and harvesting system is pretty freaking disgusting too.

Right there with you. Nevermind that pigs are just nasty, disgusting, four-legged garbage disposals.

Havel: And? Again, not an argument. Just correcting your ASSumptions since YOU ASSumed that I did not consider something just because it wasn’t stated. That, again, is a YOU issue.

You can admit to being wrong, come on. You can do it. You ASSumed INCORRECTLY. Come on…..write it for everyone to see. It’s OK to be wrong every once in a while and man up and admit it.

Pineapple on a pizza is perfectly fine.

However, does it bother anyone that Jame Cameron was right in 1984 when he described SkyNet? Am I the only one that gets the sinking feeling that AI is just pushing us more towards some of this stuff?

  8. 5 days ago on Gray Matters

And how many times do you want to have the same exact conversation or fight over, and over, and over, and over again Emily?

    Hypocrisy much?

Havel: Didn’t need the help, despite what you feel.

I don’t name every single possible choice in existence. And I am not arguing. Takes two to argue sweetie pie. I have better things to do than argue. I’ll have a discussion, but you and most people aren’t worth arguing with.

More ASSumptions from you. Color. Me. Surprised.

rhpii: We’re teetering on the edge of this happening now. And I don’t think that I am exaggerating either.
