Actually, the ad borrowed it from the movie “Oliver”, where the orphans sing about “Food, Glorious Food”. It was also reprised in one of the Ice Age movies to great effect. Any way you look at it, cheese is glorious!!!
I have a small tea canister with small buttons, mostly inherited from an extremely talented friend who sewed incredible clothing. I have two peppermint bark tins with various sewing paraphenalia that I needed onct upon a time for my sewing. And a beautiful bamboo-wood “tool chest” that holds all my crocheting paraphenalia.
If it was a chihuahua, beee careful! They can be the nastiest lil critters you’d ever wanna meet! And I knew a teacup poodle that could’ve given lessons to dobermans in guard dog class!!!
Milk Bones are dry & fairly well tasteless, but, not vile. Chocolate dog treats are usually carob based, so, same song, second verse, they aren’t Lindt, but, they won’t kill ya. Even “people food” is a matter of taste! I site limburger cheese, scrapple, calamari, tripe, brussels sprouts, broccoli……
Big changes for us, center around what we need to change now, to make tomorrow liveable. But, hey, somebody once said, she doesn’t plan to be a good looking corpse. She intends to slide into death, with chocolate in one hand, a wine glass in the other, screaming “WOW!!! WHATTA RIDE!!!” So far, the ride has been terrific. My advice? Eat the cake. Enjoy the ice cream. Laugh over nothing & everything. Tell people you love them. Don’t waste time on hate. Smell the roses. Go see the world’s largest ball of string. Do what is interesting to you. It’s your life, live it to the best of your ability & don’t let anybody tell you otherwise about said living.
Yep! We were fine at age 50, it wasn’t too bad. At age 55, we realized we were NOT 50 any more. By age 65, we were astounded at how faaast everything had gone down hill, in a bucket, on a greased slide!!!
