    Ok

Never saw a cop beating someone in this strip. I saw Bozo hitting them with bricks or putting firecracker in their shoes, and even then, I’ve never seen the cop responding “beating the living crap out” of anyone.

I know you are trying to improve your English, so… “That is one way to put it”

Maybe it’s not even the case of this strip; I was merely remembering how much I disliked drunk people even when I was way younger and more flexible about things. All the best, people.

Of course, but I wasn’t going as far as that. I was talking about people that obliterate themselves with alcohol, and can’t remember a thing that has just happened. No matter how much a good remembrance can fade in your memory, it leaves something behind, if you were conscious when you experienced it. Anyway, if alcoholics feel good pretending they HAD TO have had fun, just because, well, they don’t need my blessing.

Yep, at least if you go to Recall you DO remember!

When I was a lot younger and people I knew declared “I had so much fun, I can’t remember a thing”, I used to answer: “First, if you can’t remember it, it is as if you didn’t do it – Second, I hope you don’t feel any discomfort where the sun doesn’t shine”. I wasn’t very diplomatic, at the time
