“One of the keys to being seen as a great leader is to be seen as a commander-in-chief. My father had all this political capital built up when he drove the Iraqis out of Kuwait and he wasted it. If I have a chance to invade—-if I had that much capital, I’m not going to waste it. I’m going to get everything passed that I want to get passed and I’m going to have a successful presidency.”

Seems little Dennis Kucinich is the only one serious about stoping the wars. He was the only one who brought forth impeachment papers for War Shrub which unfortunately fell on def ears.

When it comes to energy independence the Germans are doing it. Solar Panels in every home and they are subsidized by the government. Well done!

Let me get this straight: Clinton, who was investigated all the time after the Republican Congress took over, loved his job? And Shrub isn’t worth mentioning since he didn’t know he was President of the United States. Anyone who think president is an easy thing to do is smoking it green.

If that’s the case then how do you explain the 501 c3? President Johnson made this specifically for churches so they would not involve themselves in politics (tax breaks for keeping your mouth shut? Why not). Now a days churches (like the Church of Jesus Christ of Lauderday Saints) are engaging in politics such as proposing anti-gay legislation. I think some of these guys need to be taxed for what they are doing.
