Hi Clark Kent:16 year olds are SOOO self critical. I think if you bump up your head age to 20 or 21 you will solve your problem. I bet your face will match your good shape physique. Self esteem and ego are in much better shape at that age. Good luck!

Dear Lewreader:
Me too. Me too, and I hope it’s not too far in the future. I think if he makes it that far he won’t forget the lines.

Hi Linda Arney:
When I was in high school decades ago, my English teacher assigned a book which most of us skimmed through. The third question on the quiz was “How many pairs of socks did the mother knit for her son when he went away to war (Civil) and what color were they?” I never skimmed again in his class and neither did anyone else!

Ah, the supermarket. The best place to teach colors, numbers, letters and what carrots and celery look like. Best of all, IT’S FREE! No video console, no discs, nothing but a little bit of patience (and it keeps them occupied in the cart). Keep it up Elly. She’ll be way ahead in pre-school.

Hey gayfatmakedvet: Sorry: did not meant to imply 2 year-olds. All of us Moms took about 4-5 year-olds (I am old, we considered them toddlers). We were the generation who, if our kids started crying during the movie (or in church or anyplace else they were annoying) would remove them. We also NEVER took them to R, PG or any other movies than G. I go to the movies with my husband nowadays and see (parents!??) with babies in strollers going into those movies (without earphones). They seem to HAVE to see the movie RIGHT NOW. It is beyond me. Get a sitter, wait until the DVD comes out. Get NETFLIX. Do something but do NOT take that baby into the theatre.

I will try this again because my first one disappeared. I really don’t know why. I really missed Liz in this arc because she is so cute and, for a cartoon character, has a lot of class.and, she really loves Jon, Garf and Odie. In any event, she is not here. so Happy New Year to her, Jon, Garf. Odie and everyone on this site who enjoys Garfield. He usually makes my day. Many blessings to all of you for health, happiness and prosperity in 2011.

Hi Grog: Happy New Year! I have this feeling you have not had a baby in the supermarket. Every Mom’s purse is that size or bigger. Sometimes a diaper bag is added on! You should go to the movies with a bunch of Moms and toddlers (thatababy is too small although there are some parents who would bring him. WRONG!) It is always an adventure when you have little ones.
@dogsniff
You made my day with that comment! Just missed my keyboard when I spit out my coffee. Thanks.
