It was the flag of the confederate states. It was not , and has never been the flag of the United States. The civil war did away with the confederate states. and the Mexican-American war did way with the Mexican rule over much of their northern territory.
The flags have different meanings, but neither says of who we are today.
It was not a gaff. It is his true feelings on rape and abortion issues. He should be a man and stand by what he believes in as should the GOP. They are loosing my vote. Fruity berry never had it. so I guess it does not matter to me who wins this thing. (to me)
How can this guy give credit to a country that gave him nothing? No other country gives accommodation of language, food, religion and customs like America. He can, under the first amendment wave any flag he chooses to. But, it makes him look (to my eyes, and many more) like an un-great-full jerk.. What if this guy was from the south and wanted to wave a Dixie flag? would people support his right to do so?
So. You know what it is like to be raped? I understand what your trying to say. But, words like yours dismiss a woman’s emotions, and experience. You come across as a know it all.
It is aisle 3 but, we did not organize the numbers. the sign on aisle 3 SAYS 7 and we ordered it last we but will not be hear till next week because our address numbers are not organized as well.. :-)
