   He is not offering a bribe of 1 billion dollars, he is soliciting a “campaign contribution” of 1 billion dollars from oil company leaders in return for making all those pesky regulations and rules that keep them from doing exactly what they want without restrictions from the government.

   These protesters did not enter or protest in the Capitol building, but another building in the complex (the Cannon bldg.). They also did not break into offices, break windows, or attack law enforcement officers. And they did not defecate on the floors.
