I’m going to guess that Pagelo is a student of history, as today is the anniversary of Alexander Hamilton’s fatal duel with Aaron Burr.

I don’t agree with the Pope’s statement about couples having pets instead of children (for the reasons pointed out, and more). I was just disagreeing with how the comic was done, as the way I read it, the artist was having Gabby imply that Leo having a pet is a bad thing because of what Francis said.
The Pope’s comments were about married couples who have pets instead of children. Leo, as a celibate brother, isn’t part of a married couple who is having pets instead of children, so the comments don’t apply.
The only thing I can think of is Heinrich Muller, head of the Gestapo. (whose fate after the war is not known)
Of course, the umbrella doesn’t help with the water running down from higher up on the roof.

There are plenty of teachers at the collegiate level who are highly respected and grossly OVERpaid. (and there are those who should be paid more, but get screwed over by the tenure system)
A bloke who has spent years praying for divine intervention with his horses, and is starting to become a non-believer, so figured the name of his next horse should reflect that.
