   We had a 1 day snow day… My beagle has never been in or seen snow… (Ga) he was fun to watch the 1st time he stepped in it.. Then he had fun the second time… gone the next day….

   Speaking of time…my son asked what time it was…My father pointed to the clock in the kitchen…My youngest son told him he would not read it as all clocks in the school was digital… to make it harder as he had 4 large discs and small ones..12 3 6 9 for the hours smaller ones for the other numbers…It took him a while but he got it… now my grandkids are still trying to figure out the roman numerals on 2 of my clocks…

   I remember going to Easter service in the snow.. Easter parade in NYC was fun to watch Every one bundled up with their fancy hats on in the snow… Mother Nature is fickle at times..

    I remember the party lines…Had to ask if I could make a call and promise I would be quick…My neighbors were on the same lines and I didn’t want my grandmother and mom to find out who I called and what we talked about… the good old days…
