I mean, my landlady has a vent on the side of the house where I see steam coming out, but I’ve never seen a pile of lint by it.

Nowhere. Most driers I’ve ever seen have a lint trap that you remove after every dry and clean out the lint before putting it back. I’ve never seen one that is external and empties outside automatically.

The OP has a hate campaign against Wanda. Regardless, the crux of it is that this strip does involve quite a bit of physical abuse of Wanda towards Darryl, and this is one probably the only time that he does something in return.

If you want the worst example of it, type “Talk louder” into the search bar and it should be the first one that shows up. That one definitely falls under “your mileage may vary” on whether you find it funny or not, but in the end it’s still a comic strip.

Oh, I know which one you’re talking about, and while the circumstances ARE sad, it’s one of Wanda’s best moments in the entirety of the strip. “We need to talk” has never been so awesome.

I’d say they’re more of a snack than a dessert. Dessert is something you have at the end of a meal.

In real life this would be concerning behavior, sure, but this IS s a comic strip at the end of the day. It shouldn’t be taken so serious.

Darryl started it. One doesn’t go up to their wife and bluntly tell them they stink.

This is one where Darryl had it coming.

No way! Zoe was always perfect for Kiki, pushing her parents out as soon as possible and one time telling her she wished Kiki lived there instead of her mom and dad.

Then why wait hours to do them, letting the stains harden and making them harder to clean?

The first step of “making dinner” shouldn’t be cleaning up after lunch. That’s the last step of making lunch, so it’s still two entirely different tasks.

I’m sure Zoe thought her job would consist of helping her mom grab stuff like a pot, chopping up lettuce, setting the table, etc.
