I find the reference to Nigeria derogatory in this context. While i vehemently detest the fraudulent activities of these online miscreants, I am shocked at the greed of those who fall for such ridiculous stories emanating from these scammers. As far as loans go, the Nigeria banking system has stringent conditions for granting loans which is, sadly, a cause for most of the poverty suffered by a majority of Nigerians who naturally are talented and idea driven, given the right and enabling environment.
