I’m surprised no one else suggested Sam.

Maybe the little bursts of glitter will bring a smile to Mrs. Tidy’s face as she is reminded of how a night of disaster changed her life for the better?

I miss the days when parents or grandparents would hand a 5 year old a knife and teach her or him a life skill. Great news about your mom and your floor. + and yes, I think t you got it.

I think Sophie’s Woman is looking at the bigger pros and cons. A lonely bird for a lonely person … with help and education about his needs, they could be good for each other.

The orb is a neutral zone, but I’ll just say that my day began with great news and then ended with reading here and learning that the Tidy Woman is named Mrs. Tidy. And there were several good things in the middle, including a perfectly ripe Palasade peach at the perfect level of ripeness. I’ll be canning the rest today.

Georgia is, of course, the kindest storyteller. I’m impressed with those orbiters who had the basic idea of Lord Pomegranate. Well done, you(se)!

The matching glowers in panel three are priceless! As is the fact that Sophie’s woman isn’t ever going to scream at Sophie’s artistic nature. I do feel a touch of sympathy for Tidy Woman, who I do believe wanted to love and be loved by a cat. She went about it all wrong (as Gutter tried to tell her) but watching someone miss the mark so thoroughly is still sad.
