   My problem is with posters who post things that have been repeatedly disproven as some sort of fact, and posters who just make stuff up and then slink away when asked for a source (or worse, give Greg Gutfield or some other Fox News pundit as a source) . Fox used as a defense in court that they are not a news source, and that reasonable people would never believe their stuff as actual news. But too many who post here insist their stuff is real. George Carlin did a bit about stuff, and he said his $h!t was real stuff, but others stuff was just $h!t. He was correct.

   Multiple special counsels have been appointed over the years without senate confirmation. But the Maga judges have zero respect for precedent. Just look at how SCOTUS ignored precedent with Dobbs. The rule of law is being destroyed.

   An obvious lie is easily refuted with facts. It’s not a matter of opinion. When someone posts that Biden ordered a hit on Trump that is factually incorrect and such a post should be removed. When someone posts a quote by Trump that is documented and one of his defenders calls it fake news that’s a lie and should be removed. The problem is that a significant portion of our population has lost the ability to discern fact from fiction, and the fiction peddlers are primarily Maga cult members. That’s a fact!

   Biden has never threatened violence and retribution against his opponents. Trump has, multiple times. The violent rhetoric that Trump has been using for the last 7.5 years have made him despised by millions. It only takes a couple of nutcases who want their Rambo moment to lead to the kind of thing that took place over the weekend. It just so happens that the nutcase in Butler PA was a Republican, white, young, with a history of being bullied and access to a deadly weapon. That profile has been seen before and will likely be seen again, unfortunately. But your suggestion that the cartoon is valid is still bullcrap. Trump has created an environment that encourages political violence. That it turned on him is no surprise. The democrats did not paint that target on him. He painted it on himself.
