   Voltaire made that statement. The Moderate Vote is the deciding vote every year. Last year, more moderates voted for Trump. Gary Johnson only garnered 8.8% of the popular vote. Those vote were not the reason Trump won. Hillary scared the Moderate vote. Im not sure if Biden is scaring the Moderate vote as much as Trump is at this moment. Lastly, it is the electoral college that elects the President, not the popular vote. The college is supposed to cast their support based on the popular vote in the area. Gerrymandering has as much to do with this sort of process as anything else.
