    Koch is a libertarian. He wants to end Social Security and Medicare along with ending any government oversight of his businesses. His father was a leader in the John Birch Society and Charles purchased a lifetime membership. He and his brother, David – now deceased – “fueled” the tea baggers. David ran for VP (libertarian party) in 1980.
