When I applied for a job once, they had to do a back round check.I advised them to make sure they looked at the right middle name, as a guy in a nearby city with a similar name had quite a few court cases that would have shot down my application.
I was(am) 10 years younger than my brother, with 2 sisters in between.His old clothes were long gone when I might have used them. Although we looked so much alike at the same baby ages that sometimes our baby pictures were confused. School age pictures we could tell apart because of the different clothes and class mates.
I also drive a school bus, started last Wednesday. Have had 3 additional students since then. (families moving into the district and also parents not paying attention to when school started).
@car2ner I found a nice semi-retirement job. 2 hours in the morning, 2 hours in the afternoon. Nice nap and lunch in between. Driving a school bus.Last year was Jr. High and High School, the kids put in their ear dodads and listened to whatever it was they listen to, no problems for me. This year I switched to a wheelchair bus with an aide. sweet kids no problems. I am 68, expect to do this as long as I can, some drivers drove to 78 years old,one is still driving at 80.
Seat Belts for all have been required in all new busses for about 5 years in most states now.
