   Our “cable” box has a button on the back you push to make the remote play a tune. I admit it is helpful.

   I am with Janis on this one. We built (literally, as in did the work) a house ourselves in our 40s and it took almost 2 yrs and was not worth it.

   Curious too. We have 1500 and barely manage but then we don’t have a basement, just a really large shed.

   I would call my neighborhood safe. But then there are cars to take unsafe people to my neighborhood. I think being disabled and having little arm strength factors in.
