My husband. A Master Electrician for nearly 50 years. 71 years old and several companies still call him in for emergencies after they try other electricians who can’t figure it out. He only works a day or two a week but he does love to feel needed. He says the kids these days aren’t learning How electricity works, just how to stick the wires together.
GH has been truly the only constant in my life. While I absolutely understand the difference between the actors and the characters, as well as the fictional nature of the entire show – they have in a way become my 2nd family. Daily therapy M-F as it were. An escape from the harshness of life as it has played out in my circumstances. If I were more mobile I’d be at every fan event. Sadly I must admire from afar and on Zoom shows where the actors kindly meet online with groups of fans. I watch “live” whenever I am home and often thank the businesses that advertise for helping to keep it on the air. Mom watched DOOL when I was little, I still have the song and the hourglass vividly stuck in my mind.
I got that part, I guess I thought it was deeper…
