In the UK, “craft beer” is usually keg but better quality than the big brewery stuff. “Craft beer” seems to be a way of identifying something which isn’t too bad but isn’t cask ale (or lager, but there are very few cask lagers).
Over here some beer which are definitely not craft beers are quite strong (e.g. Tennent’s Super)
