Careful, we might go down the rabbit hole and name the “Nine Billion names of God”Credit to Arthur C Clarke

    Fascinating! I”ll leave with that.

The real reason he is licking your mouth is to get you to toss up your last me so he can eat it.

LOL! I still have it because it is very dependable. 2008 Honda Accord. I purchased brand new with zero miles. I’ve used it and driven it hard. Only been into the shop one time and that was due to an aftermarket filter put in by the oil change shop that managed to let a leaf through to short out the MAP sensor. And Brakes. It goes through brakes fast! Hondas port heavy to front brakes, keeps the nose from dipping while braking, but doing so uses the brakes up much faster. The skate board does sound attractive though. If only I could get to work directly! I live exactly three miles from work. I have to drive 14 miles to get there. I live in a different state from the one I work in and the Columbia River is between my home and my work.

Calling this car a beater is an insult to all beaters everywhere! Once I install the new brakes the car will more than triple in value! (Only in the installed parts)

I wasn’t expecting to get any money from the insurance. The car is worth maybe $1.45.

I’ve got the yellow glasses, use them primarily at night time during rain. Wet roads seem to make tyhe glare much worse.

At the moment it is on blocks. Waiting for new rotors and pads to come in. Can’t drive it too far in it’s present condition.

The comment was made specifically toward the PC, or home computer. That machine is more common and is being used much more so that most any mainframe or super computers.I am aware that computers have been around for some time. My first experience with one was disassembly of one at an old Army Air Force Base. The computer was the size of a small house, and indeed once it was removed, the building was refurbished as such.

What makes it worse are those super bright headlights that are poorly aimed. After market lamps by law are not over 3000 lumens. A lot out there more than that 3000 allowed, and again poorly aimed. The n if you look at headlamps those lamps are also behind a huge magnifying glass(projector)increasing the brightness of the beam. Making them all that much worse.
