If I don’t like your attitude, that means you are a racist. If you do not agree with me, that proves you are a racist. Any thoughts incongruent to mine are a result of racism.
When I hear such an indictment, more often than not it ends up being an irrational response to something that challenges the person’s mentality. And that is why it is becoming a meaningless charge, thus muddying up the waters when real racism pops up.
When one insists another use particular pronouns, they try to control others in how they talk, not to them, but about them to others. They assume they are so important that conversation subjects will include them. It is all about them. It’s a symptom of a self centered society. And segments of society encourage this mentality and pressure others to adopt it.
An insult it would be to be very qualified for a position but the qualifications matter less than something superficial…
