   I remember having to fix a number of minor bugs in our code, but we were done months a head of time. Honestly we had more bugs leading up to y2k as people tried to schedule things in the future

   I do remember the last day of work before new years was the first time I ever went in to a datacenter. We were there to pick up the tape backups just in case there was a problem

   And in 15 years we get to do it all over again for the Y2038 problem

   Dec 6th 2006 is a different comic. The credit says 2016 which make sense since today comic is the same as Dec 6th 2016 comic.

    The days of the weeks are correct, though some holidays will be off. For instance Easter was April 16 2017 and will be April 9 2023. Also Jewish and Chinese holidays will all be off
